Mike
Skowronek founded Strata Business Consultant in 2005
with a purpose in mind. He wanted to assist the business
owners in making critical decisions that related to
value. Mike provides valuation services, develops
and implements programs to increase a company's values
and assists business owners in planning for and executing
the sale of their companies. He brings a unique blend
of experience and expertise to an engagement - former
bank CEO with over 30 years experience, MBA, and Accredited
Valuation Analyst. Mike is a member of the National
Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
